Our cutting boards and tools get their natural look and texture from our exclusive material called Richlite, a paper composite which is non-porous, dishwasher safe, durable and easy on knives. It has been used in commercial kitchens and restaurants for over 75 years and meets the highest standards of cooks and chefs worldwide.

The Epicurean all-in-one boards feature the best features of our most popular boards and combine them into one board: non-slip feet, a generous juice groove, thin profile and lightweight. This board measures 10" x 7" x 1/4" thick and features black silicone dots for stability and a natural color that will patina with age.

The modified natural material is lightweight, durable, non-porous, knife-friendly, and easy to maintain. It is also temperature resistant up to 350 Degree F/175 Degree C. The boards feature non-slip feet in the corners and a generous juice groove to catch juices. Epicurean products are made in the USA with quality paper-composite material, Richlite, which is sourced from trees harvested under the guidelines of the North America Sustainable Forestry Standards.
